Windows 11

Affirmed Windows 11 screen captures break and it's anything but a ton like Windows 10X

Next week, Microsoft is set to declare Windows 11. A significant piece of it is that it will have a major update in the UX, the codename for which is Sun Valley. As we probably are aware, an enormous piece of the UX shift will come from the Windows 10X shell, and as we likewise know, Windows 10X isn't coming to advertise. Presently, Windows 11 is beginning to spill, true to form.

Some affirmed screen captures showed up on Baidu (through BetaWorld) today, showing the most un-amazing search for Windows 11 that we might have envisioned. As you can see from the picture beneath, the taskbar is focused and it has the fly-out Start Menu, very much like we've seen with the now-ancient Windows 10X.

As such, accepting that these pictures are real, when Microsoft said it was taking a few pieces of Windows 10X and placing them in Windows, it implied that in a real sense. We can see that Live Tiles, or any sort of tiles, are gone completely. They've been supplanted by straightforward symbols. The one thing that appears to be unique from Windows 10X is the rectangular Windows logo, which is not, at this point trapezoidal. It's anything but's a blue rendition of the Microsoft logo.

The one other picture that was shown is a screen capture of the Settings page, showing Windows 11 Pro as the SKU
